Acknowledgements™ was started by two friends, Lisa and Chellie, who have both experienced grief. We learned in our grieving process that we felt most supported when people found a way to acknowledge the depth of our feeling and understand that grieving takes time. We have learned that people often don't know what to say or what to do to show their support. Most importantly we have learned grieving is the process of learning to live our life without someone you care about. It is a lifelong journey.
